• Ingredients: 1 - 1 1/2 lbs Tahong (Mussels) 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp minced Luya (ginger) 2 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper Chopped green onion Hot pepper (optional) Procedure: Boil the mussels once, then remove water and shells. Mix the rest of the ingredients excluding green onion, and marinate for about 2 hours. Simmer in a pan for about 5 minutes. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle green onions on top. Serves 4-6 persons.
