1 - 1 1/2 lbs Tahong (Mussels)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp minced Luya (ginger)
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Chopped green onion
Hot pepper (optional)
Boil the mussels once, then remove water and shells.
Mix the rest of the ingredients excluding green onion, and
marinate for about 2 hours.
Simmer in a pan for about 5 minutes.
Place on a serving dish and sprinkle green onions on top.
Serves 4-6 persons.
