40 taro root leaves (dahon ng gabi), chopped
1/2 lb. shrimp, chopped
1/2 lb. pork, chopped
1 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp. bagoong according to taste
3 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup water
siling labuyo according to taste (whole chili peppers)
Place gabi on the bottom of cooking pot.
Put the pork, shrimp, ginger, coconut milk and water
on top and let it boil until pork is tender.
Add bagoong and siling labuyo, mix them well.
To make it more spicier, crush 'siling labuyo'
and cook for another 5 minutes.
