THAI Salad Dressing


1/4     cup     Lemon juice 
1/4     tsp     Chopped garlic 
2      tbsp     Fish sauce 
3      tbsp     Ground roasted peanuts 
1/4     cup     Sugar 
1/4     cup     Water
1      dash     Cayenne pepper 
1       tsp     Chopped coriander leaves 
1-2 ea fresh red chilis-sliced 2-3 chopped white onion. 
In a small sauce pan, cook sugar in water over medium heat 
until it turns into a light syrup. 
Add all remaining ingredients, stir well. 
Let cool. 
Serve over salad.
